Minor Updates (but needed).

Added:
- a better Main Menu with Graphics Options available and UI sounds.
- an InGame Pause Menu with a "resume game" button, a "restart level" one, and quit to Main Menu or Desktop.

Minor Bugs fixed like the buggy opening of the ventilation grids.
